We love seeing your faces, and we work hard to fit everyone in without ever rushing your glow. That’s why we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Miss this window and a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
There are no exceptions for sickness, travel, or anything else—we apply this policy fairly to everyone. Bronzed and fair is the motto.
The good news? We make rescheduling easy. You can cancel or move your appointment directly through your confirmation text/email or through our online booking system.
And here’s the business-y part: our policy is actually more flexible (and lower-cost) than most studios in DC. Respecting it helps us keep delivering top-tier tans forever.
The tan itself takes 15–20 minutes, but we block 30–45 minutes to cover intake, questions, and checkout. We like hanging with you — what can we say?
Oooooh the big day! We love it. To keep things stress-free and nail your perfect photo-ready color, schedule your wedding trial (or any special event trial) at least 2 weeks before the event. More time is even better — it gives us room to tweak your shade to perfection and lets the trial tan fully exfoliate before your final application. (You’d be surprised how long our tans last!)
Avoid ALL moisture until your first rinse — no workouts, showers, sweating, lotions, deodorant, dishwashing… nothing. Your tan artist will guide your exact rinse time:
Your first rinse:
Just a gentle, warm-water rinse. Use your hands only. No soap.
After that:
Avoid loofahs, bar soap, hot water, harsh scrubs, and rubbing with a towel. Pat dry. Love your skin gently.
For the gals: Wear whatever makes you comfortable—nude, undies, bathing suit, or use our disposable bikinis, stick-on bras, or pasties. We’ve always got you covered… literally.
For the guys: A bottom covering (briefs/boxers) is required.
How can we put this lightly? H-E-L-L NO! We custom-mix every formula to make sure your tan looks as natural as possible.
Orange tans happen from bad application, bad color mixing, or improper skincare before or after your session. Follow our prep and aftercare, and you’ll always be your perfect shade of bronze. Guaranteed.
Great question! You absolutely can, but spray tans offer zero UV protection—so don’t forget your SPF.
Where can I park for the Georgetown studio?
There’s no studio parking lot because #citylife, but there’s plenty of free 2-hour street parking on the surrounding residential blocks. Check 33rd Street (parallel to Wisconsin) or Volta, Q, or Reservoir Rd.—all just a block away. You can also park on parts of Wisconsin Ave before 4pm and after 6:30pm. Plan a little extra time… and consider it a great excuse to wander Georgetown!
Where can I park for the Logan Circle studio?
We’re located in the beige building next to Whole Foods, on the 3rd floor above GlowBar. You can park in the Whole Foods garage (free with a $10 purchase or $10 for the first two hours). Street parking is often available along 15th St. or P St., and on weekdays you may also find free parking in the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church lot at the corner of 15th and P.
Life happens—we get it. But if you’re 10 minutes late or more, we may need to squeeze you in between other appointments, and wait times vary. If you choose not to wait, the $40 late-cancel fee still applies.
Book your tan 48 hours before your event. This gives your color a full 24 hours to develop and settle into its final shade.
Glow prep is key!
Most tans last 5–7 days, but with great aftercare, you can stretch that glow up to 12 days. Yes, really.
Bring loose-fitting clothes to change into right after your spray tan. Think comfy and breathable — maxi dresses, loungewear, pj’s, or your boyfriend’s clothes (seriously!). Avoid denim, strappy pieces, yoga pants, tight bras, or tight underwear. Flip-flops are a great choice too.
To avoid tan lines, we recommend going braless until after your first shower.
Most tans require 24 hours to fully develop, but in rare cases it can take up to 48 hours. Please trust the process!
Good question, mama. In short—yes, you can, but like any elective service during pregnancy, there are a few precautions.
DHA binds to the surface of the skin and isn’t significantly absorbed into the bloodstream, so topical application isn’t considered harmful. Most experts consider self-tanning products safe during pregnancy, but it’s best to avoid inhaling the mist since the effects of that aren’t well-studied.
At EuroBronze, every room uses triple filtration, and we offer nose filters and face masks if you’d like extra protection. They’re optional, but many moms-to-be prefer the peace of mind.
We still recommend checking with your doctor first and waiting until after your first trimester—it’s the most sensitive stage. Otherwise, we’re here to give you a little bit of your glow back!
We’ve probably got the answer.
